Adhesions secondary to Lichen Sclerosis, chronic inflammation, or congenital causes — requiring specialist evaluation and potential surgical release.

Vulvar Dermatologic Disease

Complex presentations of Lichen Sclerosis, Lichen Planus, and chronic vulvar inflammation requiring subspecialty management beyond standard dermatology or OB/GYN care.

Labial Hypertrophy

Symptomatic labial enlargement causing functional discomfort, hygiene concerns, or significant quality-of-life impact — surgical evaluation and correction available.

Persistent Sexual Dysfunction

Patients with hypoactive sexual desire, arousal disorders, orgasmic dysfunction, or PGAD not responsive to primary care management — requiring specialist evaluation and multidisciplinary treatment.
