Labiaplasty —

Minora & Majora

Labiaplasty addresses enlarged, asymmetric, or uncomfortable labia minora or majora. It is both a functional and aesthetic procedure — alleviating chronic irritation during exercise, discomfort with clothing, and hygiene challenges while achieving a proportionate, refined result. Dr. Bahnmiller offers three distinct techniques depending on your anatomy and goals.

Trim Technique

Removes excess edge tissue in a linear excision — ideal for patients with elongated labial edges and uniform hypertrophy.

Wedge / Hybrid Technique

Preserves the natural labial edge by removing a wedge of interior tissue — maintaining natural contour with reduced scar visibility.

Level 3 / Complex

Majora Reduction
